摘  要:日本在世纪之交对中高等教育的重要衔接点"大学招生选拔"的理想设计是通过其方式的多样化使考生与大学能够达成良好的"相互选择",以实现高中教育和大学教育的顺利衔接。但现实是,由于缺乏一个全国性的把握高中阶段基础学力的机制,现行的大学招生选拔方式反而给高中教育和大学教育的开展带来了一定的负面影响,不利于衔接的达成。为解决这一问题,日本即将推行高中教育、大学教育、大学招生选拔的一体化改革。At the turn of the century the Japanese ideals for the "selection of universi- ty- attendees", an important articulation between secondary and higher education, is to achieve a favorable "mutual selection" between the university and would-be university at- tendees by means of diverse selection methods for university admission for the realization of smooth articulation between high school education and university education. However, the reality is that the current selection methods of university-attendees have brought certain negative influences on the promotion of high school education and higher education, to the disadvantage of articulation, due to a lack of a model for the understanding of students' aca- demic level in high school nationwide. To solve this problem, Japan is about to promote the integrated reformation of high school education, higher education and selections of universi- ty attendees.
