摘　　要：实现区域协同创新不仅能够实现区域创新能力的提高,也有利于促进区域的协调发展。从协同学视角分析了区域协同创新的内涵和特点,从京津冀创新资源条件的现实基础出发,分析了目前三地在协同创新方面存在的问题,并以此为基础构建了包含战略协同、组织协同和创新要素协同的京津冀区域协同创新体系的战略框架。Regional synergy innovation can not only improve regional innovation capability,but also promote regional harmonious development.From the perspective of Synergetics,the paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of regional synergy innovation.And then it analyzes the current problem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergy innovation by comparing the various regional innovation resources.In the end,it builds a stategic framework for synergy innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
