摘　　要：本文针对目前主流的多晶硅铸锭炉装炉量与设备安全性进行分析,通过强度变形量计算及热力学分析与目前的各种安全措施进行比较,从而提出比较理想的安全改进措施。In this paper,the charging quantity and equipment safety of the polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace were analyzed, through the comparison of the strength and deformation calculation and thermodynamic analysis with current various security measures, the ideal safety improvement measures were put forward.
