摘　　要：目的检测胰腺癌患者血浆中microRNA-181b(mi R-181b)的水平,并初步探讨其临床意义。方法收集35例胰腺癌患者和35例正常健康志愿者的血浆,采用茎-环逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测血浆中miR-181b的表达水平,并分析mi R-181b与胰腺癌病理参数之间的关系。结果胰腺癌患者血浆中miR-181b水平(0.63±0.24)与正常健康志愿组(0.32±0.12)相比明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);胰腺癌患者血浆中miR-181b水平在不同年龄、不同性别、有无吸烟史、不同CA199浓度之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不同肿瘤分期、局部淋巴结转移及远处转移之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌患者血浆中miR-181b水平增高,miR-181b可能参与了胰腺癌的病理过程。Objective To detect the plasma levels of microRNA-181b （miR-181b） in the patients with pancreatic cancer and to ex- plore its clinical significance. Methods The plasma levels of miR-181b in 35 patients with pancreatic cancer and 35 healthy volun- teers were detected by stem-loop RT-PCR. The relationships between clinicopathological characteristics of pancreatic cancer and the plasma levels of miR-181b were analyzed. Results Compared with healthy volunteers, the plasma level of miR-181b in the patients with pancreatic cancer was statistically increased in the patients with pancreatic cancer（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The plasma level of miR-181 b was correlated with tumor stage, lymph node metastases and distant metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with gender, age, smoking, the level of CAI99（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The plasma level of miR-181b increases in the patients with pancreatic cancer. The miR-181b may participate in the progression of pancreatic cancer.
