老年炎症性肠病患者的生存质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查临床中老年炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBS)患者生存质量,并分析影响生存质量的因素。方法选取广西医科大学第四附属医院2011年1月-2013年12月80例老年IBS患者为研究组,并选取同期到院健康体检的80名对象为对照组,对两组对象的生存质量情况进行调查对比,并分析影响患者生存质量的因素。结果研究组患者生存质量中的躯体功能、机体疼痛、总体健康、躯体角色、情感角色、社会功能、活力、心理卫生的评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、病程时间和病情程度及焦虑与抑郁均是影响生存质量的重要因素(P均<0.05)。年龄、焦虑、抑郁和病情及病程时间均与IBS患者的生存质量呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论临床中老年IBS患者生存质量明显的低于正常人,且年龄、病程时间和病情程度及焦虑与抑郁均是生存质量的影响因素,临床中应对影响因素给予针对性控制措施,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical middle-aged quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease（ IBS）,and analyze the influencing factors of quality of life. Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with IBS were selected in Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2013 as study group,and the same period of the hospital health examination at the same period were as control group,the quality of life of two groups were investigated,and influencing factors of the quality of life of patients were analyzed. Results Physical function,bodily pain,general health,physical role,emotional role,social function,vitality,and mental health score in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Age,disease duration and severity,anxiety and depression weve important influencing factors of quality of life（ P〈0. 05）. Age,anxiety,depression and illness and disease duration were negatively associated with quality of life in patients with IBS（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with IBS in the elderly in clinical quality survival is significantly lower than normal,and the age,duration and severity of the time and anxiety and depression are influencing factors of quality of life.
