摘　　要：食管Dieulafoy病为罕见的上消化道出血病因之一,其临床表现与其他部位Dieulafoy病类似,病变隐匿,病情凶险,内镜下止血为首选的诊断和治疗方法。本文报道2例食管Dieulafoy病,为该病的临床诊治提供参考。Dieulafoy＇s lesion of esophagus is a rare arterial malformation that can cause massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The clinical features of this disease are similar to the Dieulafoy＇s lesions in other organs,such as insidious lesions and life threatening bleeding.Currently,endoscopic-hemlstatic therapy is the priority for diagnosis and treatment of this disease. In this study,we presented 2 cases of the Dieulafoy＇s lesion of esophagus were reported in order to provide more clues for the better diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
