摘　　要：船舶轴系对中状态直接影响轴承的寿命,并引发轴系振动;轴系对中对柴油机各传动机构正常工作影响很大。结合某船中间轴弯曲引发的故障案例,对其故障原因及修理展开分析,为同类故障诊断与修理提供借鉴。The shaft alignment directly affects the prolonging bearings and causes shafting vibration. The shaft alignment influences on diesel engine transmission working normally. The fault case causes by intermediate shaft bending of a ship. Analyze the failure cause and repair process. And serve as a reference to the same problem.
