摘  要:目的建立生活饮用水中丙烯酰胺、微囊藻毒素(LR)、莠去津、乐果、灭草松、呋喃丹和2,4-滴的快速、准确检测方法。方法样品经0.20μm滤膜过滤,直接上机检测,优化最佳的色谱和质谱条件,运用超高效液相色谱—质谱联用(UPLC-MS)方法检测水质非常规项目中的7项指标。结果 7种组分保留时间均在4.0 min之内,检出限为0.0001~0.000 3 mg/L,加标回收率81.0%~102.3%。结论该方法快速、灵敏度好、成本低,能为水质非常规项目的检测提供有力的技术支持。Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of acrylamide,microcystins( LR),atrazine,dimethoate,bentazone,carbofuran and 2,4- D in drinking water. Methods Water samples were filtered by 0. 20 μm filter membrane,and the level of 7 unconventional items in drinking was determined by ultra- high performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry( UPLC-MS) after the best condition for chromatography and mass spectrometry being established. Results The determination of these unconventional items could be finished in 4 minutes. All detection limits were in the range of 0. 0001 ~ 0. 0003 mg / L,and recovery rates were in the range of 81. 0% ~ 102. 3%. Conclusions The method was rapid,sensitive,low in cost of detection,and could provide technical basis for the determination of unconventional items in drinking water.
