摘  要:探讨了烟熏鱼翘嘴鲌、小黄鱼、麦穗鱼等样品中苯并(a)芘残留物的超高效液相色谱荧光检测方法。试样以乙腈提取,Labtech全自动凝胶净化系统净化,用BCH C18柱分离,75%甲醇水溶液作流动相,荧光检测器激发波长为362 nm,发射波长为407 nm,外标法定量。结果表明,苯并(a)芘标准曲线在0.000 5~0.020 0 ug/m L线性关系良好,r2=0.999 3,回收率为72.2%~90.4%,相应的相对标准偏差为0.96%~8.26%,此方法检出限为0.5μg/kg。该方法简单快速、基体干扰小,灵敏度、精密度均能满足烟熏鱼及鲜活水产品中苯并(a)芘残留物的检测。A method was developed for the B(a)P determination in smoked fish by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified with the full-automatic system of Labtech, separated by BCH C18 column,taking methanol water solution of 75% as the mobile phase. The fluorescence detector was 362 nm the excitation wavelength and 407 nm emission wavelength, as well as quantified with the external standard method. The results showed that when the B(a)P standard curve in the range of 0.000 5~0.020 0 ug/m L, the linear relationship was good, and the r2 was 0.999 3, with the recovery rate of 72.2%~90.4%, 0.96%~8.26% relative standard deviation of the corresponding, the detection limit was 0.5?ug/kg. We can conclude that this method is simple,rapid, less interference, sensitivity and precision, which meet the need of B(a)P residues detection of the smoked fish and fresh aquatic products.
