摘 要:针对直线电机的非线性严重和多变量高度耦合性,传统的控制方法难以达到要求,提出了一种基于复合模糊控制和ZPETC相结合的无铁心直线电机控制器。建立了关于直线电机的数学模型并且得到了速度与电压之间的传递函数;利用Ziger-Nichlol法整定PID控制器的参数;进行了这种新型直线电机控制器的设计,包括整体设计、复合模糊控制器的设计、ZPETC控制器的设计。最后进行了Matlab/simulink仿真,结果表明:和PID控制器相比,采用的基于复合模糊控制和ZPETC的新型控制器提高了系统的动态性能和稳态精度,具有更好的控制性能,验证了设计方案的可行性。According to the serious nonlinearity and highly coupling of variables in linear machine, the traditional control method cannot meet the requirement, this paper proposed a kind of coreless linear motor controller based on combination of the composite fuzzy control and ZPETC. The mathematical mode of linear motor was established and the transfer function between speed and voltage was obtained; the parameter of PID controller was tuned by using Ziger-Nichlol method; the new type linear motor controller was designed, including the overall structure design, the design of composite fuzzy controller and ZPETC controller. Finally, according to the Matlab/simulink simulation, results show that: compared with the PID controller, the novel controller based on ZPETC and fuzzy control has better dynamic performance and steady-state precision improvement, it has better control performance, which verifies the feasibility of the design.
