摘 要:采用表面镀覆微粒增强镍基复合镀层的方法修复失效的汽车缸套。考察了复合镀层中微粒的质量分数、微粒粒径及复合镀层厚度对汽车缸套磨损量的影响规律,并分析了各自的影响机制。通过优化施镀工艺,达到有效修复受损部位的目标。测试结果表明:修复的汽车缸套符合相关规范要求,耐磨性理想,能够实现再利用。Electroplating of particle reinforced nickel-based composite coating was carried out in order to repair the failed automobile cylinder liner. The influence rules of particle mass fraction, particle diameter and composite coating thickness on the abrasion loss of repaired automobile cylinder liner were investigated, and the influence mechanisms were also analyzed. The impaired part was effectively repaired through optimizing electroplating process. Measurement results showed that the repaired automobile cylinder liner has ideal wear-resisting property, and can be reused.
