摘 要:通过量表获得中学生余暇体育锻炼态度及行为的现状、问题及成因,探讨中学生余暇体育锻炼态度对行为的影响,构建余暇体育锻炼态度与行为关系模型。结果表明:中学生虽具备较好的余暇体育锻炼态度,但实际上却未能立身践行。中学生余暇体育锻炼态度与锻炼行为显著正相关,而且,锻炼态度对行为各指标均作出了显著的正向预测效应,结构方程模型证实了,余暇体育锻炼态度对行为的正向影响。研究结论:提高体育锻炼认知,改善参与余暇体育的锻炼态度,是培养中学生良好体育锻炼行为的有效手段。研究为制定中学生体育锻炼决策提供重要的实践启示。In order to investigate situation, problems, and causes of extracurricular physical exercise attitude and behavior of secondary school students by scale, the paper explores the influence of extracurricular physical exercise attitudes of secondary school students on their behavior and builds its structural relationship model. Results indicate that although secondary school students had a good attitude of extracurricular physical exercise, they did not put into practice their good attitude ; there is a positive correlation between extracurricular physical exercise attitude and behavior, moreover, the exercise attitude made a significant positive prediction for indexes of behavior; structural equation model confirms the positive influence of extracurricular physical exercise attitude on behavior. The paper concludes that raising the cognition of physical exercise and promoting students' attitude of extracurricular physical exercise are effective means of developing good physical exercise behavior among secondary school students. This research conclusion provides important practical implications for formulating decisions on secondary school students' physical exercise.
