摘  要:运动员文化教育是提高运动员综合素质的必要办法,体育职业教育又是解决退役运动员出路的有效途径。本文以广州体育职业技术学院为例,通过实践探索总结出一套新的优秀竞技体育后备人才培养模式——"十四年一贯制"人才培养模式和体系。通过问题提出、解决方案、实施方案、结论几个步骤,总结优秀竞技体育后备人才学训规律,找出适应青少年运动员培养规律的、有体育职业教育特色的课程体系、完善评价体系等并对这一模式进行了实证性研究,可有效解决优秀体育后备人才培养过程中文化教育和职业教育的有机融合,可为竞技体育可持续发展提供参考和指导。Culture education is a necessary way to improve athletes' comprehensive quality and sports vocational education provides an effective way -out for retired athletes. Taking Guangzhou Sports Polytechnic as an example and through practice and exploration, the paper sums up a set of new mode for cultivating excellent sports reserve personnel, namely 'the coherent 14 - year system'. Through steps of proposing problems, solutions, implementation plan and drawing conclusions, the paper summarizes regular pattern of learning and training for excellent sports reserve personnel and discovers a mode that suits for the rules of training teenage athletes, displays sports vocational education feature of curriculum system and has fine evaluation system and conducts an empirical study on this mode. It can effectively promote the organic integration of culture education and vocational education and provide reference and guidance for the sustainable development of competitive sports.
