摘　　要：运用文献法、调查法与逻辑分析法,对新时期高校运动会"团结拼搏、体验快乐、公正公平、积极创新"核心文化进行解读;提出"运动会前积极宣讲、运动会中积极体验以及运动会后发扬精神"三条核心文化渗透与利导路径,旨在为高校体育发挥更好的思想教育职能提供新的思路。With methods of literature, investigation and logical analysis, the paper interprets the core culture of university sports games in new period, namely that of ＂being united and hardworking, experiencing happiness, being fair and just, actively promoting innovation＂. The paper puts forward 3 fertilizing and guiding paths for core culture as ＂actively publicizing before the sports meeting; actively experiencing in sports meeting and carrying forward the spirit after sports meeting＂ to provide new thoughts on better playing university sports＇ role of being thought -provoking and educational.
