上海市高校高水平田径运动员训练现状的研究

摘　　要：本研究主要对部分上海市高校田径运动员训练现状进行分析,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数据统计法、综合分析法,分别从高校运动员、高校田径教练员、训练条件、招生选材情况的角度进行了研究,提出现在上海市大部分高水平田径运动员进入高校后运动成绩下降;大部分高校田径教练员进修次数少;高校田径运动队的经费少;高校的田径运动硬软件设施不齐全;招生选材时存在看重"专才"现象的现状。With methods of literature, questionnaire, expert - interview, rrmthenmtical statistics and comprehensive analysis, the paper mainly analyzes the training situation of some track and field college athletes of Shanghai and studies from aspects of college athletes, college track and field coaches, training environment and enrolment. The paper finds out that athletic performance of most elite athletes in Shanghai after entering college had worsened; most athletic coaches had only further studied a few times; college track and field teams had little fund; hardware and software facilities for track and field were not complete; the phenomenon of preferring ＇ specialists＇ exists in enrolling students.
