摘 要:为了探究永磁同步电机(PMSM)在不同频率电动和发电工况下的温度场特性,以一台船用50 k W表贴式PMSM为例进行分析.基于传热学及计算流体力学基本理论,根据电机的结构特点,在基本假设的基础上,建立三维流热耦合电机温度场的求解模型,采用有限体积元法(FVM)对其进行了数值求解.通过数值计算分析了PMSM内部的传热特性,并与试验数据进行对比.结果证明了求解模型的正确性及求解方法的准确性.最后,对不同工况下PMSM定转子部分的温升分布规律进行对比分析,揭示了PMSM内部温升变化规律,可为PMSM结构和冷却系统的设计提供理论依据.To investigate the temperature field characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) under different frequency electric and power generation conditions,a 50 k W marine PMSM was analyzed. Based on computational fluid dynamics and numerical heat transfer theory,a 3-D fluid flow and heat transfer model was set up,and the temperature and fluid field of PMSM was simulated numerically by the finite volume method( FVM) under frequency control and generating conditions. The calculation result of coupled field was verified by comparing with the test value to analyze the heat transfer characteristics. The distribution of temperature rise inner the stator and rotor under frequency control and generation conditions was analyzed to reveal the changing regularity of temperature rise for PMSM. The results provide a theory basis for the design of motor structure and cooling system of PMSM.
