道德冷漠的成因与矫治

摘　　要：道德冷漠已成为当下不容忽视的社会问题。经济变革的冲击,社会保障制度的缺失,社会舆论支持力度不够,传统文化的消极影响以及道德教育的不足是造成道德冷漠的主要原因。矫治社会道德冷漠,需要全社会共同努力。必须加大社会道德建设力度,健全道德赏罚和救助机制,规范社会舆论环境,继承发扬优良道德传统,纠正道德教育的缺陷,全面提升个体道德修养,从而根治社会道德冷漠问题。Moral indifference has become contemporary social issues which can not be ignored. The impact of economic reform, that the lack of social security system, that the public opinion support is not enough, and that the negative influence of traditional culture and the lack of moral education is the main causes of moral indifference. Correction of social moral indifference needs the joint efforts of the whole society. It is by strengthening the social moral construction, a sound moral reward and punishment and the relief mechanism, the norms of social public opinion environment, inheriting and developing the fine moral traditions, correcting the defects of moral education, that moral indifference is sure to be remedied.
