摘　　要：地方高校的转型发展将对学校的教学、科研、学生管理等各个层面产生巨大的冲击。作为学校中心工作的教学,首当其冲,面临很多挑战。与教学密切相关的要素:如教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、课程考核评价方式等将随之发生变化。The transformation development of local universities has brought about huge impact on teaching, scientific research and students management of the universities. As the central task of a university, teaching is the first to bear the brunt, and it is facing many challenges. Many factors closely related with teaching, including teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching method and course evaluation will be changed.
