摘 要:目的从肠道微生态角度探讨菊苣降尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)的药效机制。方法将雄性迪法克鹌鹑60只,按体质量随机分为正常组,模型组,苯溴马隆组(20 mg·kg-1·d-1),菊苣高、低剂量组(10,5 g·kg-1·d-1),除正常组喂饲鹌鹑普通饲料外,其余各组给予高嘌呤饲料,复制鹌鹑高尿酸血症(Hyperuricema,HUA)模型,观察菊苣治疗7 d、28 d,鹌鹑UA水平、肠道菌群结构及细菌内毒素(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)含量的变化。结果给药7 d、28 d,菊苣高、低剂量组可显著降低模型组UA水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),并降低模型组血浆和盲肠内容物中LPS含量(P<0.01);使肠道菌群结构趋向正常。结论菊苣降UA作用可能与其改善肠道微生态环境有关。Objective To investigate the mechanism of chicory in lowering serum uric acid by observing its effects on intestinal flora. Methods Sixty quails were evenly randomized into 5 groups according to the body weight, namely normal group, model group, benzbromarone(20 mg·kg-1·d-1) group, high- and low-dosage chicory groups( 10, 5 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively). Except for the normal group, the quails in other groups were given rich purine food. Being treated with chicory for 28 days, the serum uric acid (UA) level, plasma and intestinal bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) concentration of quails and intestinal microbial community were detected. Results The serum UA level was decreased(P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ) after administration of chicory for 7 or 28 days, and bacterial LPS concentration in the plasma and cecal content was reduced (P 〈 0.01), intestinal microbial community imbalance was regulated to be normal. Conclusion Chicory can lower serum uric acid level of quail hyperuricemia model, which may be concerned with the action of regulating intestinal flora.
