基于“工学结合、校企合作”的建筑装饰材料及检测专业人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的重要途径,是当前新形势下职业教育改革和发展的一个重要方向。根据昆明冶金高等专科学校人才培养模式与企业需求,积极探索和思考建筑装饰材料及检测专业"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式所存在的问题,思考该专业的发展和定位,共同探讨该专业育人的途径与方法,有利于加强该专业学生的实践教学,提升学生的技能水平,培养学生良好的就业观,从而促进该专业的办学质量与人才培养质量的提高。Talent training mode of integration of work and study and school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to achieve the training objectives of higher vocational education and an important direction of the reform and development of vocational education under the new situation. According to talent training model and business needs of Kunming Metallurgy College, this paper actively explores and thinks about the problems of this talent training mode in building decoration materials and testing specialty, thinks that the development and positioning of this specialty, discusses the ways and means of talent training, which is conducive to strengthening the students＇ practice teaching, enhancing students＂ skills, cultivating students＇ good employment outlook, so as to improve the education quality and talent training quality of this specialty.
