摘 要:利用堆垛机空闲时间对立体仓库中已存储的货物进行储位再分配是提高立体仓库出库效率的一种常用方法,但在实际操作中,堆垛机的运行路径是上位机随机给出的,较长的路径会降低储位再分配的效率,甚至会对正常的出入库作业造成影响。文章基于遗传算法提出了一种堆垛机路径寻优方法,设计针对该特定问题的交叉算子和变异算子,获得目标函数优化解,并且使用C#编程语言编写成上位机程序。实践证明:该方法可靠有效,能够减少堆垛机运行时间代价,提高储位再分配效率。To readjust the position of goods in stereoscopic warehouse when pilers are vacant is a commonly used method to improve the output efficiency of the stereoscopic warehouse, but in practice, the path of the piler is randomly given by the computer, a longer path will reduce the efficiency of readjustment, whafs worse, even affect the normal input-output efficiency of the stereoscopic warehouse. Based on the genetic algorithms, we come up with a new method to optimize the path of pilcr, design crossover and mutation operator fro the particular problem, obtain the objectiw function optimization solution and write it into a computer program with C# language. Practice has proved that the method is reliable and effective. It (:an reduce the running time of piler as well as improve lhe input-output efficiency of stereoscopic warehouse.
