胃脘舒片挥发性成分分析

摘　　要：目的通过GC-MS对胃脘舒片提取的挥发性成分进行分析,为其质量控制提供理论依据。方法采用《中国药典》挥发油测定法,对胃脘舒片的挥发性成分进行提取,用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果共分离出47个化学成分,其中鉴定出36种化合物,占总量的99.79%,相对含量较多的化合物分别为十八碳烷酸(51.06%)和棕榈酸(43.25%)。结论胃脘舒片挥发性成分主要为脂肪酸、烷烃、酯、醛、酮类化合物。Objective To analyze the volatile components of Weiwanshu tablets using GC-MS in order to provide reference for quality control.Methods Volatile components were extracted with steam distillation method according to CHP（2010）.The chemical components were separated by GC capillary column chromatography,and the relative content of constituents was determined by area normalization method.Results Forty-seven compounds were detected,thirty-six of which were identified,accounting for 99.79%of the total.Octadecanoic acid accounted for51.06%and n-hexadecanoic acid 43.25%.Conclusion The major volatile constituents in Weiwanshu tablets are fatty acid,alkanes,esters,aldehydes and ketones.
