摘　　要：目的了解健康档案标准规范在国家卫生信息化建设综合试点省市的应用现状,分析存在的问题。方法在国家卫生信息化建设综合试点地区范围内,选取地市级、县区级卫生信息中心,通过问卷调查收集信息。结果调查机构中,电子健康档案管理流程、编码、数据定义符合国家相关标准规范的符合率分别为57.64%、80.79%和72.93%。结论我国居民健康档案建档率有了迅速提高并达到了一定的水平,但按照原卫生部标准规范要求建设的规范化居民电子健康档案比例并不高,电子健康档案标准规范应用的综合水平尚有待进一步提高。Objective In order to understand residents＇ health records standard specification application status of health information construction pilot provinces and cities in Chinese, analysis of existing problems. Methods Selected municipal, county-level health information center from health information construction pilot area, information collected through questionnaires. Results In survey institutions, electronic health records management processes, coding, data definitions accord standards specification the rate of 57.64%, 80.79%and 72.93%. Conclusion Residents＇ health records archiving rate with the rapid increase and reached a certain level, but according to the Ministry of health standards require the construction of electronic residents＇ health records is not high proportion, comprehensive level of electronic Residents＇ health records standards application remains to be further improved.
