摘　　要：近年卫生信息化建设情况,总结构建顶层设计、统一规划、统一标准,形成以个体为核心的电子健康档案信息系统成为卫生信息化发展的可行之道。分析电子健康档案数据模型,研究依据该数据模型设计信息系统在工程实践中的困难。重点阐述了"1+NX"模型的局限性,并针对性地提出对"1+NX"模型进行扩展,形成能更精确表达业务领域特征的"1+N(A+X)"模型。The study elaborates the construction of health informatization in recent years, summarizes and establishes the top-level design, unifying planning and standards to form electronic health record information system based on individuals as the core, and serves as a feasible way of health informationization development. The study analyzes electronic health record data model, which is based on difficulties and problems of the data model design system encountered in the engineering practice. And the study states the limits and defects of the“1＋NX”model, and proposes to expand the“1＋NX”model to form a“1＋N（A＋X）”model which can illustrate more accurately the features of business field.
