摘 要:目的:用对偶运算对实验性牙周炎小鼠牙槽骨的Micro-CT图像进行腐蚀-膨胀(Erode-Dilate)处理,并结合Med CAD模块中的球形三维分析法定量分析其牙槽骨余留量。方法:将20只C57小鼠随机分为2组(n=10),实验组小鼠采用丝线结扎(2周)法建立上颌第二磨牙牙周炎模型,对照组不作处理。建模后,分别对各组小鼠的上颌骨进行Micro-CT扫描,运用常规线性二维分析法以及Erode-Dilate结合Med CAD模块中的球形三维分析法对各小鼠的余留牙槽骨骨量进行计算评估;分析两种方法结果的可靠性和可重复性,并同时比较两种方法所需的操作时间。结果:采用二维线性分析时,实验组的牙槽骨余留量与对照组有显著性差别(P<0.05)。而采用Erode-Dilate结合Med CAD模块中的球形三维分析法时,不仅骨量有显著差异,而且骨密度也有显著差异(P<0.05);统计学分析结果显示,该分析法的可靠性和可重复性均相对较高,所需时间也明显少于二维分析法(P<0.05)。结论:Erode-Dilate结合Med CAD模块中的球形三维分析法可对小鼠MicroCT扫描图像的牙槽骨余留骨量进行准确、快速的定量分析,并具有良好的灵敏性和可重复性。AIM: To evaluate the remaining alveolar bone around molars quantitatively in mice with the mathematical morphology method of Erode-Dilate and sphere module for the Micro-Computed Tomography( Micro-CT)images. METHODS: The second maxillary molars were ligated with silk in maxilla bone of 10 C57 mice for 2 weeks and 10 mice with out ligation were served as the control. The maxilla bones were scanned with Micro-CT. And then the remaining alveolar bone was measured with two-dimensional linear method and Erode-Dilate and sphere module threedimensional method respectively. The difference between interexaminer and intraexaminer,and the running time were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The two- dimensional linear method showed that the remaining alveolar bone was statistically different between control and experimental groups. But the three-dimensional method revealed the statistically difference not only in bone volume but also in density( P〈0. 05). The reliability and repeatability of Erode-Dilate and sphere module three- dimensional method was higher and more efficient than two- dimensional linear method(P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION: Silk ligature can induce significant alveolar bone resorption in mice in 2 weeks. Erode-Dilate and sphere module three-dimension method can be used quickly and accurately to evaluate the remaining alveolar bone with Micro-CT images in mice.
