摘  要:目的:构建山羊实验性中度牙周炎三维模型,为牙周病的临床治疗提供实验基础。方法:用正畸结扎丝随机结扎山羊下颌一侧第一前磨牙和第一磨牙颈部并机械性破坏牙周附着软组织,另一侧作为空白对照组,术后第4、10周进行CT影像学及三维重建分析,10周处死动物进行常规组织学分析。结果:组织学分析显示,10周时实验组较对照组有更大程度的牙周组织丧失,达到中度牙周炎标准。结论:正畸结扎丝法10周可建立山羊实验性中度牙周炎模型。AIM: To establish experimental periodontitis model in goats. METHODS:The mandible first premolar and first molar at one side of 10 goats were ligated with orthodontic ligature and the periodontal tissues were destructed mechanically,while the mandibular first premolars and first molars on the other side were served as the controls. At 4 and 10 w after ligation,the teeth were scanned with CT. At 10 w after ligation,the animals were sacrificed and the periodontal tissues were subjected to histological observation. RESULTS: Histological results and CT imaging analysis showed that animals in experimental group had different degrees of periodontal tissue loss at 4 and 10 w after ligation. Moreover,at 10 w,intermediate periodontitis was observed in the goats. CONCLUSION: Goat experimental periodontitis model can be established by orthodontic ligature method.
