摘 要:目的:比较3种根管冲洗液对冠方微渗漏的影响。方法:选择45个单根管前磨牙(弯曲度为10~20°),随机分为3组(n=15):20 g/L氯亚明组、20 g/L次氯酸钠组、170 g/L MTAD组,以Pro Tape预备根管,各组分别用不同冲洗液冲洗根管,热垂直加压法充填根管,用染色法比较不同冲洗液对根管冠方封闭性的影响。结果:不同冲洗液对充填后根管冠方微渗漏影响不同,次氯酸钠组渗漏量略小于氯亚明组(P〉0.05),MTAD组冲洗后产生的微渗漏最小(P〈0.05)。结论:20 g/L氯亚明、20 g/L次氯酸钠,能有效去除碎屑和玷污层,但清洁能力不如170 g/L MTAD;170 g/L MTAD能去除玷污层,减少冠渗漏的发生。AIM: To evaluate the influence of different chemical irrigants on coronal microleakage after root canal filling. METHODS: 45 premolar teeth with single canal were randomly divided into 3 groups( n = 15). The teeth were instrumented with protaper and root canals of the 3 groups were respectively irrigated with 20 g / L chloramine(Group 1),20 g/L Sodium hypochlorite(Group 2) and 170 g/L MTAD(Group 3). Then each tooth canal was obturated byh warm vertical condensation technique and coronal microleakage was determined by color staining method.RESULTS:Group 3 showed significantly less microleakage than group 1 and group 2( P〈0. 05),while there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2( P〉0. 05). CONCLUSION: 170 g / L MTAD is more effective than 20 g / L chloramine and 20 g / L Sodium hypochlorite in removing smear layer and reducing the microleakage after root canal obturation.
