摘 要:目的:体外模拟前牙分层修复,测量复合树脂不同叠加厚度时的光学特性。方法:将Filtek Supreme XT之半透明色YT(Yellow translucency)及体色A3B(Body shade),分别制作成直径为9 mm,厚度为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mm的树脂块,YT/A3B叠加,分别为0/2.0、0.5/1.5、1.0/1.0、1.5/0.5、2.0/0。采用PR-650光谱扫描色度仪测量并计算半透性参数(TP值)、乳光参数(OP值)和荧光参数(FL值)。结果:随YT厚度增加、A3B厚度减小,树脂的TP值、OP值、FL值均增大。0.5/1.5、1.0/1.0组的TP值均在天然牙范围内;2.0/0组的OP值在天然牙范围内,1.5/0.5组的OP值接近天然牙;0/2.0、1.5/0.5、2.0/0叠加组合的荧光性均较天然牙弱,0.5/1.5、1.0/1.0并未激发出荧光。结论:复合树脂分层修复能够模拟天然牙的半透性、乳光性,荧光性尚有不足。AIM: To imitate the restoration of anterior tooth with light cured resin composite by multi-layered technology in vitro and to measure the optical properties of different layer-layer ratios.METHODS: Disks of resin composites Filtek Supreme XT 's YT( Yellow translucency) and A3B( Body shade) were prepared in the diameter of 9mm with various thicknesses(0.5 mm,1.0 mm,1.5 mm and 2.0 mm).YT / A3 B overlap was prepared by the ratio of 0 /2.0,0.5 /1.5,1.0 /1.0,1.5 /0.5 and 2.0 /0 respectively.PR-650 spectral scanning colorimeter was used to measure and calculate the translucency parameter( TP),opalescence parameter( OP) and fluorescence reflection( FL).RESULTS:TP,OP and FL values were higher with the increase of YT thickness.TP value of 0.5 /1.5 group and 1.0 /1.0 group was in the range of natural tooth.OP value of 2.0 /0 group was in the range of natural tooth.OP value of 1.5 /0.5 was close to natural tooth.FL of all the combination groups was less than that of natural tooth.0.5 /1.5 group and 1.0 /1.0 group didn't excite fluorescence.CONCLUSION: Multi-layered technology of anterior restoration using A3 B and YT can imitate the translucency and opalescence of natural tooth,but cannot imitate the fluorescence of natural tooth.
