四种充填材料根管充填术后磨牙抗折强度的对比

摘  要:目的:比较4种不同充填材料对根管充填术后磨牙抗折强度的影响。方法:选择牙体牙根完整的成人离体下颌第一、二磨牙80个,制备牙合面洞,常规根管预备、充填后随机分成4组(n=20),分别采用银汞合金(A组)、光固化复合树脂(B组)、银粉玻璃离子(C组)、玻璃离子(D组)进行充填,用万能试验机垂直加压至样本冠根纵折,记录最大抗压载荷。结果:A、B、C、D组最大抗压载荷(N)分别为1 126.15±291.66、1 682.90±368.69、1 614.55±424.09、1 818.75±439.54(P<0.05),两两比较,A组抗折强度明显小于B、C、D组(P<0.05),B、C、D组间比较P>0.05。结论:根管充填后磨牙修复,光固化复合树脂、银粉玻璃离子及玻璃离子材料抗折强度优于银汞合金。AIM: To compare the fracture resistance of molars restored with 4 different materials after conventional endodontic treatment. METHODS: 80 extracted molars were instrumented and then randomly divided into 4groups( n = 20). The teeth were then restored with silver amalgam( group A),light- cured composite resin( group B),glass ionomer silver reinforced restoration( group C) and glass ionomer( group D) respectively. All specimens were subjected to a vertical load to cause vertical crown and root fracture. The force required to fracture was measured. RESULTS: The mean fracture load values( N) of group A,B,C and D were 1126. 15 ± 291. 66,1682. 90 ± 368. 69,1614. 55 ± 424. 09 and 1818. 75 ± 439. 54 respectively( P〈0. 05). Group A exhibited lower mean fracture load value than group B,C and D( P〈0. 05),but there was no significant difference among group B,C and D( P〉0. 05).CONCLUSION: The molars restored with light- cured composite resin,glass ionomer silver reinforced restoration or glass ionomer have higher fracture resistance than those restored with silver amalgam.
