摘  要:本研究采用二分类logistic回归分析方法,建立了影响劳动力就业机会分布的模型,从人力资本回报的角度考察了受教育年限、职业培训及人口特征对劳动力就业机会的独立作用和交互作用。在模型中研究者提出了6个假设,并运用CGSS2006数据对假设进行了验证。结果表明:年龄、党员、非农业户口、受教育年限、职业培训对劳动力获得进入国有部门的就业机会有显著的促进作用;职业培训可以缩小不同教育年限对劳动力进入国有部门就业概率的影响。This research adopted two-category logistic regression analysis,and established the impact of labor employment distribution model,and it also studied the independent effects and interaction of education years,vocational training,and the characteristics of population for labors' employment opportunity in the view of human capital return.In the model,the researcher put forward six hypotheses and verified the research hypothesis by CGSS2006.The results show two aspects.One is that as the labor gain the opportunity which can enter the state sector,the age,Party members,non-agriculture registered resident,vocational training all have outstanding promoting effects.The other is that as labors gain the opportunity,vocational training reduced the influence of different education years on the possibility of entering the state sector.
