采用血管化平行折叠腓骨瓣重建下颌骨肿瘤术后骨缺损的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究采用血管化平行折叠腓骨瓣重建下颌骨在肿瘤术后骨缺损的临床价值。方法:选用本院于2014年收治的10例肿瘤术后骨缺损患者,患者采用血管化平行折叠腓骨瓣重建下颌骨肿瘤术后骨缺损的方式进行治疗,对患者的临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者对颌面部外观满意,口齿清晰,吞咽正常。90%患者行义齿修复后,其义齿和剩余留牙咬合和咀嚼功能基本正常。术后半年经复查,患者的移植腓骨愈合情况良好。结论:对肿瘤术后骨缺损患者采用血管化平行折叠腓骨瓣重建下颌骨的方式进行治疗,可有效改善患者的病情发展,为义齿修复手术提供充足的骨量,颌面部外观良好,在临床中具有十分重要的应用价值。Objective： To research using vascularized fibular flap reconstruction of mandible in parallel folding the clinical value of postoperative defects of bone tumor. Method： 10 patients admitted in our hospital in 2014 were selected to study the postoperative defects of bone tumor patients, and patients with vascularized fibula flap reconstruction parallel folding mandibular tumor treatment, postoperative bone defect in the way of the clinical curative effect of patients was retrospectively analyzed. Result： All the patients were satisfied with the maxillofacial appearance, articulate, swallowing was normal. 90% patients denture, the denture and remaining teeth bite and chewing function. After half a year after the review, patients transplanted fibula healing in good condition. Conclusion ： On postoperative defects of bone tumor patients using vascularized fibula flap reconstruction parallel folding mandibular way of treatment, can effectively improve the patient＇s illness development, to provide adequate bone mass for denture repair surgery, facial appearance is good, it is very important in the clinical application value.
