摘  要:在职业教育改革不断深入的大环境下,技能大赛已经成为提升职业教学效果的助推器,是现代职业教育服务于就业的重要体现。比赛以相应职业操作为基础,要求学生应用专业知识,结合实践能力,能促进学生专业技能的提升,而通过参加主题项目比赛,更能实现教学与实践的有机结合。本文探索当前高职学校在技能大赛中暴露出的教学弊端,针对其中的教学与实践脱节、教学模块设计不科学等问题,提出以技能大赛形式促进教学改革的融合性策略,从而形成"以赛促教"的常态化创新平台,达到引导大赛与行业、专业、师资、培养规格以及职业标准高效协同的机制。In the continuous development of vocational education reform, skills competition has become a booster to enhance the effectiveness of vocational education, is an important manifestation of modern vocational' education services in employment. The competition based on appropriate professional operation, requiring students to apply knowledge, combined with practical ability, to promote the upgrading of professional skills of students, and the theme of the project by participating in the competition, can help achieve an organic combination of teaching and practice. This paper explores the exposed in the skills competition in higher vocational school teaching malpractice, according to the teaching and practice disjointed, teaching module design is not scientific, put forward to promote the fusion strategy of teaching reform in the form of skills competition, thus forming "competition to promote teaching" normal innovation platform, achieve competition and Industry guidance, specialty, teaching, training vocational standards and specifications, coordination mechanism.
