高校预备党员考察培养工作的细化与落实

摘　　要：大学生预备党员的考察培养是党组织发展党员过程中一个重要内容,是接收新党员的一项必备的制度和手续,对保证党员质量、保持党的先进性和纯洁性具有重要意义。当前高校预备党员考察培养工作由于内容及标准不清晰,责任界定不明确,并没有很好的落实到位。因此,对预备党员考察培养工作进行细化,确立标准,明确责任,以保证考察培养落到实处,是当前高校预备党员考察培养工作亟需解决的问题。The inspection and cultivation of college preparatory party members is vital to the development of Chinese Communist Party, and an essential system and procedure for recruiting new members. It is significant to ensure the quality of party members and to maintain the advance and purity of the party. At present, because of the ambiguity of the contents and the standards, as well as the responsibility, the inspection and cultivation of college preparatory members hasn＇t been fully implemented. Therefore, to ensure the full implementation of the inspection and cultivation of preparatory members, we have to focus on refining the inspection and cultivation rules, establishing standards, clearing responsibility.
