摘  要:优良的学风是校风、班风的基础和表现,是高等学校提高教学质量、培养合格人才的重要保证,也是衡量良好育人环境的重要标志。因此,有必要建立一套合理实用的高校班级学风建设考核指标体系,通过量化评价发现学校、班级学风建设存在的问题和不足,并对各项问题提供规范和引导,为高校学风建设提供依据与对策。本文从导向性、科学性、系统性、定性分析与定量分析相结合的原则入手,确定一级指标4个,二级指标25个,在此基础上采用层次分析法建立高校班级学风建设评价模型,并以A班为例进行评价。Excellent academic atmosphere is the basis and performance of school spirit and class atmosphere, is important to ensure that colleges and universities improve the quality of teaching and training qualified talents, but also is an important indicator to measure good educational environment. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a reasonable and practical evaluation index system for construction of college academic atmosphere, identifying problems and deficiencies through quantitative evaluation in construction of school and class academic atmosphere, and providing standards and guidance for issues, then providing the basis and countermeasures for the construction of university atmosphere. From the principles-based, scientific, systematic, under the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we determine 4 first indexes and 25 second indexes. And then we establish the evaluation model of college class's academic atmosphere with AHP, in class A Case .
