摘 要:我国高校思想政治教育实效不佳,其原因在于高校思想政治教育的主体——教师与学生参与度不够,沟通的渠道即客体——理论与实践教学模式不合理,未能形成思想政治教育的合力。对此,笔者提出应分三步进行改革:第一步建立分方向模块式理论教学模式,第二步建立思想政治教师、专业课教师、行业专家实践教学合作模式,第三步提供教师与学生激励性职业生涯规划指导,满足教师与学生的职业发展期待,以提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。In universities and Colleges, the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not desirable, it is due to the subjects-teachers and students-not having enough participation, the objects-theoretical and practical teaching modes-not reasonable, both of them have failed to form educational resultant force. The author suggests a three-step reform: the first-step is to establish modular theoretical teaching mode which is distinguishing professional directions, the second-step is to establish cooperation practical teaching mode which is taken part in by the ideological and po!itical teachers, specialized teachers and experts, the third-step is to provide incentive career planning guidance to teachers and students, meeting the professional development demands of teachers and students, then we can expect enhancement of the actual effect of ideological and political education in universities and colleges.
