高层建筑部分框支剪力墙结构的设计与探讨

摘　　要：现代社会是一个高度发达的商业社会,沿街高层住宅底部裙房的商业价值越来越高。当建筑底商需要大空间时,多采用框架结构支撑上部剪力墙,形成框支剪力墙结构。本文通过某工程部分框支剪力墙结构设计实例,简要阐明转换梁、转换柱及框支剪力墙设计过程中的注意事项,并针对设计过程中所遇到的问题进行探讨。Under the background of highly- developed commercial society,the commercial value of the podiums of high- rise residence is increasing remarkably. The shear walls supported by the frame structure,namely frame- shear wall structure,can be utilized for the large space required for commercial use.A frame- shear structure is exemplified in this paper to introduce the transfer beam,column and design process of this structure system. Meanwhile the key point for the design process will be discussed.
