摘  要:目的探讨125I粒子联合氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析80例中晚期原发性肺癌患者的临床资料。40例患者采用氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗(单纯组),另40例患者于氩氦刀冷冻消融术结束后加行125I粒子植入术治疗(联合组)。治疗前1周内与治疗后8周,分别利用功能状态评分标准(KPS)评分比较治疗前、后健康状况;参照实体肿瘤评价标准(RECIST)评估治疗效果。结果联合组与单纯组KPS评分均有所升高,但联合组升高幅度明显高于单纯组(P<0.05);联合组RECIST疗效明显优于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论125I粒子植入术联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗中晚期肺癌明显优于单纯氩氦刀冷冻消融术。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of125 I radioactive seeding combines with Argon-Helium cryoablation in treating mid advanced lung cancer.Methods 80 cases of mid advanced primary lung cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group).In the control group,patients were treated with Argon Helium cryoablation ablation alone,and in the treatment group,patients were treated with125 I radioactive seeding and Argon Helium cryoablation ablation together.One week before therapy and 8 weeks after therapy,health status of patients were evaluated by KPS score respectively.Meanwhile,therapeutic effects were assessed according to RECIST(Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors).Results KPS scores were both increased in control and treatment groups,while the trend in the treatment group was more evident than control group(P〈0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion125 I radioactive seeding combines with Argon Helium cryoablation is more effective than Argon Helium cryoablation alone in treating mid advanced lung cancer.
