5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：：评价5％咪喹莫特乳膏局部外用治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效和安全性。方法：124例（年龄1.2~6个月）浅表型血管瘤患儿随机分成两组：治疗组68例给予5％咪喹莫特乳膏睡前外用,每周5次,持续16~32周。对照组56例不进行任何治疗。所有患儿均随访至2周岁。结果：治疗组中12例皮损完全消退,18例皮损面积消退75％~99％,18例消退50％~74％,6例消退25％~49％,14例消退＆lt;25％；对照组中3例完全消退,6例皮损面积消退75％~99％,8例消退50％~74％,9例消退25％~49％,30例消退＆lt;25％。两组未见严重不良反应。结论：5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤安全、有效。Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of topical 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangiomas （ IHs） . Methods： One hundred and twenty-four children with superficial IHs, ranging in age from 1.2 to 2 months, were divided into the treatment group and control group. The pa-tients in the treatment group were treated with topical 5% imiquimod cream before bed, 5 times a week for 16~32 weeks. The patients in the control group were not given any group. All the patients were followed up until 2 years old. Results： In the treatment group, the lesions disappeared completely in 12 cases, the size of tumors was reduced by 75%~99% in 18 cases, by 50%~74% in 18 cases, by 25%~49% in 6 cases and by less than 25% in 14 cases. In the control group, the lesions disappeared completely in 3 cases, the size of tumors was reduced by 75%~99% in 6 cases, by 50%~74% in 8 cases, by 25%~49% in 9 cases and by ＆lt;25% in 30 cases. There were no obvious adverse effects. Conclusion：5% imiquimod cream is safe and effec-tive in the treatment of superficial IHs.
