路优泰治疗早期帕金森病合并抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨路优泰在早期帕金森病伴抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法 72例早期帕金森病伴抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组35例。对照组仅用抗帕金森病药物治疗,不使用抗抑郁药。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用路优泰。分别在治疗前及治疗后2、4和8周通过流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对患者抑郁状况进行评价。结果治疗后,治疗组CES-D评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路优泰治疗早期帕金森病合并抑郁症状疗效显著,耐受性良好,可明显且快速改善患者的抑郁症状。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Neurostan for early Parkinson＇s disease complicated with depression. Methods A total of 72 early Parkinson＇s disease complicated with depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 37 cases and control group with 35 cases. The control group received drug therapy for anti-Parkinson＇s disease without anti-depression drug. The treatment group received Neurostan in addition to conventional treatment. Evaluation for depression status was made by center for epidemiologic studies depression scale（CES-D） before treatment, and in 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment group had much lower CES-D score than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The difference of curative effects between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neurostan provides precise effect with good tolerance in treating early Parkinson＇s disease complicated with depression. It can obviously and quickly improve depression symptoms of patients.
