摘　　要：本文针对我校目前在生物技术专业开设的生物技术大实验课程教学过程中所采用的方法进行探讨,总结存在的不足及取得的成绩。在不继改革的基础上结合专业及课程特点,尝试开展了"两步法"(必做模块和选作模块的实验)教学模式,采取创新型和研究型实验教学体系,培养学生的综合技能,提高实验操作水平。This paper is aimed at exploration on methods currently applied in teaching process for the big biotechnology experimental course of the biotechnology specialty in our school, so as to summarize the problems and achievements. On the basis of continuous innovation and in combination of the specialty and course characteristics, we have tried the teaching mode of ＂two-stage＂ method （compulsory module and elective module） and taken innova- tive and research-oriented experiment teaching system to cultivate comprehensive skills of students and improve oper- ating levels of experiments.
