摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量川芎嗪辅助治疗对缺血性脑血管疾病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和同型半光氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选取湖北医药学院附属东风医院神经外科2013年5月—2014年5月收治的缺血性脑血管疾病患者100例,由临床医师采取等距抽样法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予川芎嗪100 mg/d,试验组患者给予川芎嗪50 mg/d,均治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月血清CRP和Hcy水平,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者血清CRP和Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、6个月试验组患者血清CRP和Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现明显肝肾功能损伤、药物过敏反应及肌肉疼痛等。结论低剂量川芎嗪(50 mg/d)辅助治疗缺血性脑血管疾病效果更佳,能有效降低患者血清CRP和Hcy水平,从而减轻患者动脉粥样硬化程度。Objective To investigate the impact of different doses of ligustrazine on serum levels of C- reactive protein（ CRP） and homocysteine（ Hcy） in the auxiliary therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014,a total of 100 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected in the Department of Neurosurgery,Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine,and they were divided into control group and experiment group according to equidistant sampling method, each of 50 cases. Based on conventional treatment, patients of control group were given ligustrazine at dose of 100 mg / d,while patients of experiment group were given ligustrazine at dose of 50 mg / d, both groups treated for 6 months. Serum levels of CRP and Hcy were compared between the two groups before treatment,after 1 month,3 months, 6 months of treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed. Results No statistically significant differences of serum level of CRP or Hcy was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）;while serum levels of CRP and Hcy of experiment group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after 1month,3 months,6 months of treatment（ P〈0. 05）. No one of the two groups occurred liver or kidney function damage,drug allergy or myodynia during the treatment. Conclusion Low- dose ligustrazine（ 50 mg / d） has better clinical effect in the auxiliary therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can effectively reduce the serum levels of CRP and Hcy,relive the severity of atherosclerosis.
