依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林在进展性脑梗死治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究进展性脑梗死采用依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗的效果。方法选取74例进展性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各组均37例,对照组单纯采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组采用依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论采用依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死,治疗效果良好。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Yuri Clinton in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods74 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group used edaravone combined with Yuri Klein treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）,and NIHSS score was lower in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Yuri Klein with edaravone combined treatment of cerebral infarction,treatment effect is good.
