试论龙榆生先生的词与词论及其学术地位

摘　　要：龙榆生先生是全才,在传统诗词领域,兼擅体制内外研究之长。他的词,前期远绍唐宋名家,婉美清泚,韵味秾挚,纯乎词人之词;后期则顺应时代,风格旷放,语言质朴。他的词论多是鸿篇巨制,宏观和微观并重,对词的特质、起源、发展,以及词之艺术风格、流派和词之创作,一一推寻探讨,不但明白晓畅,说理透彻,富于形象性、逻辑性,而且突破前人词话旧格局,融入现代词学新观念,具有划时代意义。在20世纪词坛上,他主持东南风会,由其主编的《词学季刊》和《同声月刊》,在团结新老词人,交流学术,引领词风,继承遗产,推进学科的建立等方面,厥功甚伟。Mr Long Yusheng （龙榆生） was a versatile talent. In the area of traditional poems, he had his own strong points in the study of Ci-poetry. In the earlier stage, he learned from the famous Ci-poets of the Tang and Song Dynasties, and wrote Ci-poems in a gentle and elegant style. In the later stage, he changed his Ci-poem writing into a bold and unrestrained style by using simple and easy words. Most of his articles dealing with Ci-poems were masterpieces, paying equal attention to the theory of Ci-poetry at the macro and micro levels. These papers all studied the characteristics, the origin, and the development of Ci-poems, as well as their artistic style, genre and writing skills in a plain and lucid way. In the 20th-century, he took the lead in the Ci-poetic circles in Southeast China, and acted as the Chief Editors of two journals, that is, Ci-poetic Studies Quarterly《词学季刊》） and The Same Voice Monthly（ 《同声月刊》 ）. These two journals played an important role in bringing together the old and new Ci-poets, promoting academic exchange, inheriting the legacy of Ci-poetic studies and establishing the theoretical study of Ci-poetry as a discipline.
