摘 要:为解决电站锅炉入炉煤煤质的实时监测问题,基于物质平衡原理和煤燃烧化学分析,从正平衡和反平衡两个方面同时建立了锅炉效率的计算模型,得到了入炉煤成分和烟气成分之间的对应关系,建立了基于烟气测试的电站锅炉煤质软测量模型。以某电厂在某一煤质数据较稳定时间段内的实际运行数据为基础,进行了入炉煤煤质参数的计算,并与试验测试结果进行了比较。结果表明,采用上述模型计算得到的煤质参数与试验结果的相对误差在±5%以内,基本满足工程需要。In order to solve the problem of real time inspection of coal quality for utility boilers,a calculation model for boiler efficiency was established, from aspects of positive balance and anti-balance, on the basis of mass balance theory and coal combustion chemical analysis. The relationship between coal element ingredi- ent and flue gas ingredient was obtained. On this basis, the coal quality soft-sensing model for utility boilers was built up. Adopting the actual operation data of a power plant when the coal quality is stable,the ultimate analysis and calorific value of the coal were calculated, and the simulated results were compared with the test data. The results show that, the relative error of the ultimate analysis and net calorific value of the coal between the simulation results and test data is within ± 5 %.
