摘 要:通过脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)与非离子表面活性剂AE03、AE09、平平加25进行乳化性对比,并将MES与十八碳饱和硬脂酸复配加脂试验;将MES与不同种类加脂剂按不同比例复配后应用于皮革加脂,对样品的加脂效果、雾化值、油霜现象进行对比;采用紫外老化,对样品的机械强度、老化前后样品的色度色差值等指标进行对比。结果显示:MES乳化性能优良,对十八碳硬脂酸分散良好;将MES用于皮革加脂,可以提高成革耐光性能、降低雾化值及减少皮革表面油霜的形成,同时MES提高了成革的断裂伸长率。By the emulsification comparison of the fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate (MES) and nonionic surfactant AE03, AE09, peregal 25 , and the MES compounded with 18 carbon saturated stearic acid was applied to fatliqouring process. Then, the MES mixed with variety of fatliquoring agents with different ratios were applied to leathers fatliquoring. The fatliquoring effect, at- omizing values, fat spew of the fatliqouring leather sampls were compared, and the mechanical strengthes , chromatisms and etc. before and after aging were contrasted. The results shows, in general, that when the MES was used, the light resistance of the samples were improved, the atomizing value decreased and the number of fat spews reduced. The emulsifying performance of the MES is good, which can disperse 18 carbon stearate easily; the light resistance is enhanced, the atomizing values is reduced and fat spew number of the resultant leather grain is decreased. Meanwhile, the elongation at break of the resultant leather is improved.
