摘  要:对以废革屑的水解液与油酸通过酰胺缩合反应合成的蛋白基表面活性剂进行了研究。首先以氢氧化钠作为水解剂来水解废革屑,并对影响革屑水解产率和革屑水解液中多肽分子质量大小的因素进行了研究。在后段工艺中,创造性地采用正己烷作为油酰氯的溶剂与水解液进行酰胺反应,并测定了不同大小肽链合成蛋白基表面活性剂的表面张力、起泡力及乳化力。结果表明:随着肽链长度的增加,合成表面活性剂的乳化力和表面张力都会明显地上升,起泡力基本不变。The protein - based anionic surfactants (PAS) synthesized via the amide condensation reaction of leather scraps hy- drolysate with oleoyl chloride were studied. First, protein hydrolyzate were prepared through leather scraps hydrolyzing reaction by using sodium hydroxide as a hydrolyzing assisting agent, then, the factors on the properties of the protein hydrolysate, such as hydrolysis yield and peptide size distribution were analyzed. In the follow - up process, the PAS was prepared via amidation reaction of the polypeptide in the protein hydrolyzate with n - hexane as oleoyl chloride solvent, meanwhile, the properties of the PAS with different length peptide chain, such as surface tension, foaming power and emulsifying ability, were tested. The results show that with increasing the length of the peptide, the emulsifying ability and surface tension raise obviously, but the foaming power basicalory remains unchanged.
