制造业产业集群知识服务平台构建及优化策略研究——以吉林省知识服务平台建设为例

摘　　要：在对知识服务平台相关研究分析的基础上,指出制造业集群知识服务平台构建的目标及基础,以吉林省制造业知识服务平台建设为例,对其制造业产业发展现状、知识服务平台的构建情况、知识网络结构以及运行状况进行分析。提出优化制造业集群知识服务平台的基本建议:建立企业主导型知识服务平台,强化现有平台的市场分析能力,保障企业间的知识流动以及提高平台的知识创新能力,从而提升知识服务平台的整体知识服务水平,促进制造业的转型、升级。This article points out the purpose and foundation of knowledge service platform construction based on the prior research on knowledge service platform. And then, knowledge service platforms of Jilin province have been illustrated as an instance to analyze the construction, knowledge network and operation conditions. It puts some advices ： promoting the strategies of knowledge service platform optimization to improve the knowledge service capability through constructing enterprise-led knowledge service platform, enhancing the market analyzing capability, keeping the knowledge flowing within industrial cluster and promoting the innovative capability of technolo- gy of knowledge service platforms to push the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry.
