摘　　要：长链非编码RNAs(lnc RNAs)是一类在真核细胞基因组被普遍转录的一类转录本长度在200 nt^100 kb之间的非编码RNA分子。起初认为lnc RNA是基因组转录的"噪音",不具备生物学功能。但越来越多的研究表明,它调节着基因的表观遗传,转录和转录后水平,从而影响着细胞的增殖,分化,代谢,凋亡,并且在癌症组织和正常组织中存在着差异性表达,有望成为癌症治疗的新靶点。在这篇综述中,我们具体介绍了多种lnc RNAs在肾癌,前列腺癌,膀胱癌中的差异性表达,以及它们对肿瘤细胞增殖,迁移,侵袭的影响。Long non-coding RNAs （lncRNAs, between 200 NT -100 kb） is a kind of RNA molecules in eukaryotic genome. Originally, lncRNAs was thought to be the ＂noise＂ of genome reanscription, with no biological function. However, more and more researches demonstrate that lncRNAs regulate gene epigenetic, transcriptional and post transcriptional levels, then affect cell proliferation, differentiation, metabolism and apoptosis, lncRNAs exist in cancer and normal tissues with different expression,which makes it expected to be a new target for cancer therapy. In this review, we concretely introduced a variety of lncRNAs differentially expressed in renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer and bladder cancer, and their impact on tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion.
