重视和发挥教师的作用 确保“三进”工作落到实处

摘  要:为贯彻习总书记2014年5月4日讲话中"青年要自觉践行社会主义核心价值观"的讲话精神,高校开展了社会主义核心价值观进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑的""三进"活动。本文在提出应重视和发挥教师在"三进"中地位和作用的原因后,就充分发挥教师在"三进"工作的作用提出四点建议:其一,教书育人都是教师的神圣职责;其二,教师要通过实践总结经验,把教书与育人融为一体;其三,让教师参加学生的品行鉴定;其四,教师要给学生践行社会主义核心价值观方面做出表率。In response to the talk entitled "the young should actively practice socialist core values" by the Secretary General of the CPC comrade Xi Jinping on May 4th, 2014, colleges and universifies advocate the entrance of the conception of socialist core values into textbooks, classes and students' thoughts, i.e. "three enters". Efforts have been made in this paper to attach importance to the role of teacher in the "three enters". Accordingly, four suggestions have been put forward: first, teaching courses and cultivating persons are all divine responsibilities of teachers; second, teachers should integrate the above two responsibilities into one by summing up practical experiences; third, teachers should participate in the evaluation of the behavior and moral status of students ; fourth, teachers should set an example for students in terms of their practice of the Conception of Socialist Core Values.
