摘　　要：为缓解城市道路交通拥堵,结合现有交通灯硬件平台,将LED光通信技术应用于智能交通系统中,提出具有信息发布功能的LED交通灯以二维码方式发布实时路况及服务信息,移动车载视频图像接收装置接收交通信息并解码还原,实现交通灯具备显示交通指示和发布交通命令及交通服务信息的双重功能。最后,通过理论分析和实验验证了该方法的可行性。Combined with the existing traffic lights hardware platform, in order to alleviate the city traffic congestion, the LED optical communication technology is used in transportation systems. It is proposed that LED traffic lamp with information release function show traffic information by the two-dimensional code mode and video image receiving device In the mobile car receives traffic information, to achieve the dual function of displaying traffic indicating signal and releasing the traffic order and traffic information service. The feasibility of the method is confirmed by theoretical analysis and experimental verification.
